22/07/2020 - Planning approval final issue
Following the Planning Committee meeting in January we have been working with the council's legal team to create a 'section 106' agreement, that will prohibit us or any future owners of the house from having a parking permit. Six months later this has finally worked it's way through their system. That means that the official Decision Notice has now been issued. It includes 19 conditions that need to be met for the approval to be valid, and we will be working to resolve a number of these before works begin.
