We recently sent out an email/letter which mentioned a few proposed changes to the design. We're very keen to minimise the impact the house has on the environment, and the majority of the changes relate to our aim of making the house a 'Passive House' - a set of standards which mean it'll be very well insulated to reduce heat losses, and so will need very little heating.
